It's regrettable that it is the threat of legislation that would actually pass this year prompts this sudden disclosure. Call me a cynic, but I cannot celebrate Pfizer or any of these pharmaceutical companies for doing what they should. Further, I think that minimum reporting should be $100 rather than $500.
