Secretary Geithner's plan seems to protect banks and as he's said "the system," but details on the benefit to the economy and to the American people who desperately need a bailout were scant in his presentation to Congress. Instead, the bank executives who created this disaster must be fired and nationalization of the banks should be on the table.

Your asking for something that's come far too late in the end.....
Yes, it appeared that the Congress has moved the Stimulus Package forward. However, CNN is reporting that the House is still demuring relative to school construction funding. Nonetheless, Secretary Geithner's four-point bank bailout plan was only unveiled with little detail, yesterday. So, there's still plenty of time for the people to rise up and demand something different than Geithner's failed ideas.
